When making a booking on our website, you can simply tick the "Add Special Requests" option when booking through our website and provide information about what time you will be checking-in to the property.
You may also email our customer support team at care@zenrooms.com with the following information:
- Booking ID
- Date of arrival
- Expected arrival time
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that this is subject to the availability of the property and may have additional charges.
