A member of our Customer Care Team will then acknowledge your refund request and initiate the refund process.
Note: Regardless of your mode of payment, it can take up to 10 banking days for banks to process refund transactions and transfer funds. Some banks can take up to 15-30 days, or until the next billing cycle. Although we do our best to process refunds as soon as possible, some delays are possible on your bank's side. If you haven't received the refund within 10 banking days, please let us know and we will send you the information required to request the status of the transaction from your bank.
