If there are changes in your plan that require you to cancel, here are the different ways to do it:
For bookings made through ZEN Rooms website: Send us an email at care@zenrooms.com requesting to cancel the order. Please provide these details in your email:
- Booking ID
- Reason for Cancellation
For bookings made through an Online Travel Agency (OTA) such as Booking.com: If you used an Online Travel Agency such as Agoda to book a room, you can modify and cancel it through their website. Just login to your account and make the necessary changes.
Please be mindful of the following charges if you choose to cancel your booking:
REFUNDABLE BOOKING
Cancellation Time | Cancellation Charge |
More than 48 hours before check-in date | Full Refund (No Cancellation Charge) |
Less than 48 hours before check-in date | Charged for 1 Night |
The refundable amount will be credited to your bank account.
NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING
Regardless of the time that you decide to cancel the order, your booking will not be canceled or amended and thus charges will apply and no refund will be made.
Please check your booking confirmation email to see whether you have a refundable or non-refundable booking.
