If there are changes in your plan that require you to cancel, here are the different ways to do it:
1. Bookings made through ZEN Rooms website: Leave us an email requesting to cancel the order. Please provide these details in your email:
- Booking ID
- Reason for Cancellation
2. Bookings made through an Online Travel Agency (OTA) such as Booking.com: If you used an Online Travel Agency such as Agoda when booking, you can modify and cancel it through their website. Just login into your account and make the necessary changes.
Please be mindful of the following charges if you choose to cancel your booking:

||Charged for 1 Night
The refundable amount will directly be credited into your bank account. Except if mentioned
otherwise at the time of bookings.
Regardless of the time that you decided to cancel the order, the booking cannot be cancelled or amended and thus charges will apply and no refund will be made.
Please check your booking confirmation email to see whether you have a refundable or non-refundable booking.
