We recognize that there are instances in which plans change after you have finished booking. If you do have a refundable booking, modifications to the dates of your stay are allowed:
More than 48 hours before the check-in date- Changes to the length of your stay are free of charge and subject to room availability. There might be a price difference that you need to pay in case the room rates for your chosen dates are higher than your original one.
Less than 48 hours before the check-in date - you will be charged for one night of your stay for changing the date of your reservation
You can modify your stay for a refundable booking in the following ways:

For bookings made through ZEN Rooms website: Email us at care@zenrooms.com with the following details:
- Booking ID
- Changes to check-in and check-out dates
2. For bookings made through Online Travel Agencies: You can change your details by simply logging into your online travel agency account. Please be guided that as much as we want to help you, our access is limited and modifying your booking information is not possible.
If you have a non-refundable booking, the dates of the booking cannot be modified. However, if you would like to extend your stay, and there is availability on your chosen dates, you can make a separate booking.
