You can only choose the 'Pay at hotel' option in selected properties.
In the event that you cannot select the 'Pay at hotel' option, there are a few possible causes and resolutions:
1. The property does not offer the "Pay at hotel" payment option
You can either pay using a different payment method or search on our website for a property that offer the "Pay at hotel" option.
|2. The "Free cancellation 2 days before check-in" is not marked (see below)||The "Pay at hotel" payment method is only possible for refundable bookings. Make sure to tick the said add-on to make the option active.|
